Refund policy

Lumi Pouches sells consumable adult products. For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with flavor or strength

  • Incorrect orders

  • Shipping delays once an order has been shipped

Defective Products (Only Exception)

Refunds or replacements may be issued only if the product is defective at the time of delivery.

A product is considered defective if:

  • It arrives damaged or leaking

  • It is missing contents

  • It is unusable due to a manufacturing defect

Normal variations in flavor, pouch texture, or strength do not qualify as defects.

Defective Product Claims

Defective product claims must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused or minimally used

  • Clear photo or video evidence is required

  • Claim approval is at our sole discretion

We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements.

Resolution

If a claim is approved, we may:

  • Replace the defective product, or

  • Issue a refund or store credit, at our discretion

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

No Return Shipping

Customers are not required to return defective consumable products unless explicitly requested.

Chargebacks & Fraud

Unauthorized chargebacks or false claims may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Account restriction

  • Permanent refusal of future service
