Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided automatically.

Please allow 1–3 business days after shipment for tracking details to become active in the carrier’s system.

Delayed Packages

We work closely with our shipping carriers to deliver packages within the estimated timeframes. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Carrier delays or operational issues

While delays may occur, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with investigations where appropriate.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

  • If a package is lost in transit, missing, or shows no confirmed delivery status, a reshipment may be issued at our discretion after carrier investigation.

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not automatically eligible for a refund or reshipment and may require further investigation.

  • Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery date.

All resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
